There are many interesting people who work at this company and it's always a delight to interact with them during meetings. Currently, the only downsides I feel are the push to RTO despite marked increase in productivity from employees WFH and the low raise rates that don't meet inflation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we would all feel better about compensation if raises were given at the same rate of inflation, instead of expecting us to be thankful for a 2% raise while inflation is between 7-12%
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I do enjoy working at Trimble, it is frustrating when yearly raises are less than half of what the current inflation rate is, and when the leadership team is pushing for people to come back into the office as gas prices are skyrocketing.
