I feel supported to succeed. Expectations are reasonable and communication is clear. The pay is fair, and I have work/life balance. My boss doesn't micromanage, he just supports us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I had a family emergency soon after changing from one Trimble job to another. My new manager was so kind and understanding about my taking time off. He said, "I don't want you to feel like there's anything more important than taking care of your family right now." Support like that keeps me here!
