Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I started in the rotation program, got lost of great experiences meeting people throughout the company, and have been able to continually grow after finishing the program a few years ago. I feel well invested in, as if my future is valued at Trimble and I am expected to be a valuable contributor.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
12 weeks paid maternity leave & flexible work from home arrangements.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating with others to find a solution to a problem we hadn't previously realized.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trimble truly cares about making strides towards greater diversity, equity, & inclusion, sustainability, and employee mental health.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, everyone is working together to reach a common goal, rather than knocking each other down.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fairly, insurance is decent, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave is a plus, but could be improved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is focused on how to continue winning in the future, while also fostering a culture of psychological safety & ethical business practices.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my fellow employees, solving a tricky problem in a clever way, teaching someone something they didn't already know, that helps them do their work more efficiently and makes life easier.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team, including both my boss and my direct reports, all work together well. We teach each other new things, we give each other room to make mistakes & learn from them without shame, and we are flexible in helping out where needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people at Trimble are easy to work with, and stay focused on the fact that we're all in this together and working towards the same goal. There is space to make mistakes, there is space to disagree. We treat each other as human beings who have good days and bad days, not robots.
