Good - a lot of the things I marked as neutral or negative on this survey were because the company doesn't push for them (i.e., career development) but I do personally - so my experience is still good overall because any opportunities the company doesn't push for, I still pursue successfully.

They show clear communication and transparency.

Collaborative, strong working relationships, humor, willing to learn and grow as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people interactions, and being stimulated and challenged in the work I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tech wise, we're at the forefront of a lot of (realistic) technology, and we have a strong combination of past wisdom and history in the industry, as well as the space and willingness to grow and learn and change tack/ideas when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Specific to the role I'm in, compensation wise there has been no acknowledgement of a) the standard of work I put out and b) the ever increasing cost of living. Alongside this, my manager makes me feel like out of sight, out of mind (we're in different locations).
