What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The balance of work life, celebrations for team wins, recognition given when appropriate, supportive collaborative employees, hackathons that increase curiorsity and innovation.
What makes you most happy at work?
Remote Working, Being able to support & add value to the team and our common goal. Continually helping with logistics to improve productivity, working on multiple projects. Culture Events (hackathons, onboarding socials, occasionally meeting the team for lunch & planning special events.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family like atmosphere at our location. Tight knit group working towards a common goal, supportive to each other. I enjoy leading some of the TAS Culture club initiatives - new hire socials/intern socials (all beneficial to building a strong & collaborative team). Hackathons are great too!
