Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is the number one factor for most of the colleagues who made a move outside of Trimble. Company must offer significant pay increase, retention bonuses in terms of periodic slabs (6, 12, 24 months etc. ), hefty yearly bonuses, $ to $ matching 401 contribution.
