This would be the work I do, but I am currently being given mundane tasks that someone with much less experience would be doing.
this horizontal structure is flawed in SO many ways, and rather than let it simmer for the next 18-24 months, I would make adjustments NOW. It doesn't work, and I believe it won't work in many ways, I don't think the executives can see this from their angle.
MY SECTOR's leadership team: I believe that the people down in the trenches could open their eyes up more to what is going on, to help them get to where we need to be faster. But then, none of us feels like we can speak up - typical hierarchy behavior...
If someone comes into the company, & it is learned how valuable they actually are, and that they come to the table with director level qualities, why not try 2 get that person 2 where they will thrive, and where the company will benefit from their expertise and background. No one has made the effort
