Trimble has been great. The only issue I've had is a lack of quality training in my role and new roles I've taken on. It's been more of this is your role now, figure it out. I would appreciate pay that better lines up with industry standards. Benefits are great, but you can't pay bills with benefits

The different cultures and experiences each team member brings to the team is great.

The freedom to work in the manner that works best for us and collaboration with multiple cultures and ideas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team has been amazing working through the Pandemic and communicating changes. They have also done a great job of updating IDP and new offerings in compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The financial compensation is under industry standards. The philosophy of not allowing compensation to match industry standards if the new role pays a larger percentage than a current role is counter intuitive and doesn't do well for retaining talent.
