It's refreshing to feel valued. The friendliness of everyone is amazing. It doesn't feel like anyone is better than anyone else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very progressive company that makes sure to include everyone. I don't feel like anyone is isolated or made to feel uncomfortable because of something that doesn't make them fit certain checkboxes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued at all but I do feel my salary should be appx 20k higher than it is currently based on what other companies are paying but I am absolutely not complaining because I love this company and my benefits.
