The people and culture, I always look forward to any social interactions I can have with my colleagues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is on par with the industry standard (by my research) and provides a nice balance of reasonable base pay along with nice incentives such as RSU stocks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When the office was open the work environment was quite good with multiple ways for team interactions and fun team-building activities (eg. sports and card games). These interactions build lasting friendships that make someone feel accepted and included.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable and I have never had any issues with bringing any questions or concerns to their attention. I feel that they are actively receiving feedback on the team's composition and making appropriate changes to address the changing work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is quite friendly and the work environment reflects this. I can go to work every day knowing that my team has my back in the case I need help with something and we go out of our way to support each other.
