Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living is rising exponentially and a raise that amounts to less than $1.00/hour after six months does not feel like it is on pace with these rising costs.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy when I get to solve a more complicated or challenging problem, I enjoy creating training documents and collaborating with someone else on creating these documents. I like it when a customer is appreciative of me having gone above and beyond to solve their issue or problem.
