It really inspires me. I like to work with experts in their domain to benefit and increase my knowledge during discussions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to the fact that I entered Trimble only with a BA. Eng. I started with not the highest compensation. In the end it is only possible to increase the compensation for a few percent each year. There a no significant increases by changing the role, while taking more responsibility.
