Since the April 2022 reorganization announcement, organization, communication & execution plans have been absent from my perspective as a mid-level employee.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have moved into more than a handful of jobs in the past 5+ years. I've been passed off to the next manager with no formal evaluation to take with me to the next job. Positive feedback with constructive criticism is a basic element of managing and promoting my career growth. I feel stuck.
