The company is becoming more and more American centered and not in a good way. The DX is terribly led and communicated. The organization change is a business risk. The former target customer driven business model is gone, everything is about data process, systems and platforms.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Super professional, independent and it is easy to talk honest and open about almost anything. Finnish people are straight forward which doesn't leave you with doubts or questions :-)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great people and an excellent product we can be very proud of. The company offers good work-family balance and is flexible which encourages me to be flexible towards the employer too, meaning sometimes we work really hard to reach some goals, but sometimes we can calm down to recover.
