Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Restricted stock option does not make sense as the employee will get the stocks after almost 6 years and that too with taxes. Direct cash benefits always seem to be more attractive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Long-term vision in any decision instead of looking at short-term benefits Personal gains and related politics should go away - company's growth and image should be protected at any cost Dealers should not become more important that the company
