Starting as a graduate intern, I progressed to Support Engineer and then Team Leader. This journey significantly developed my technical and business skills, making me highly knowledgeable. My growth was consistently supported and valued by management. I truly believe that I work in the right place.

Although they are top people in their departments, they are never high-ego and you always feel comfortable.

We are so different from each other. This sometimes helps us to see things from different perspectives.

There are a few people in the office who make coffee breaks and lunches enjoyable. This helps me recharge.

I do my job which I loved. And since I started to work with Trimble, everyday I develop myself. And while I developing myself, at the same time I contribute to my company. This condition always increase my motivation.

I enjoy doing non-repetitive work. I enjoy working on different topics. This broadens my skillset, and I find that opportunity in the Support Team. I also enjoy going on business trips, which allows me to meet other people, which changes the whole atmosphere and broadens my business understanding.
