We all share common interests and passions. The leadership does a good job of hiring people that mesh well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If it reflected the reality of the housing market and cost of living. I feel like if a company was really investing in me, they would compensate enough to afford to buy a home in the area. As cost of living raises, its harder and harder to afford to work in the Denver area.
