It has been a great 16 years. I have enjoyed the teamwork and work ethic of all the coworkers. everyone seems to enjoy a life outside of work so it provides variety of conversations that are not always work related.

People are open to kidding and joking with each other( nothing that would discomfort). Friendly supportive people in all departments.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing my goals for releases and able to share the successes with my coworkers. everything is a team success or failure. So working closely together gives you a shared team feeling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, supportive, willing to give demos or walk others through new developments or questions. Multi cultural (many different backgrounds provides character for everyone) They know how to work under pressure and still help others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and honest. They layout a plan about where the industry is going and a more long term general roadmap of features to help us achieve it. They allow each team to work their side and flush out the details to best fit the needs as they progress.
