I have worked at this company for 30 of the last 31 years in a variety of rolls. If it wasn't a good experience I would have walked away long ago...

Diversity and a desire to learn.

That it is still there.

Solving problems and getting the customer back to work.

Diversity in almost every facet: location, age, race, gender and ability.

Sense of purpose. Ability to share and felt you are heard.

That it is there. Not complete, or overgenerous, but that there is something for everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a positive view of work-life balance. It is more than just a talking point.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They say the right things from the top. As always, it takes the middle and front line managers to execute...but they say the right things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are at least semi-transparent. They generally say what their focus is and follow up on that. They have had to make tough calls in the past as the result of market conditions, but not because of mistakes or malfeasance.
