My coworkers are intelligent and the collaboration is extremely beneficial. However, I see many people that cannot get to the next level because their managers are blocked from above and cannot promote their employees. So, I see many employees looking for or talking about getting a new job.

My team is open to new ideas, is great at brainstorming and providing support to one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary for the job I am doing is way under market rate and is also way under the rate that Trimble pays for the same job. Management agrees that my salary is very far under the line where it should be but says that their hands are tied and they cannot do anything about it.
