Free speaking, interested in producing quality products. Everybody has the same goals in mind so people don't get offended or angry when getting stuff done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very relaxed and focused more on getting your work done, then getting your hours in. Makes for being more motivated and more catered towards my work as someone with ADHD.
