Ive worked here 17 years. I can hand on heart say i James Money would sign a contract to work another 17yrs. I love working here. Its a family and a company i feel proud to say i work at Trimble. Gives me a sense of pride.
What makes you most happy at work?
Good people. Good products and software. Engaging enviroment
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the RSU. I wish i had a little more base salary. Im not greedy but i do struggle a bit with living costs in UK.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the regular updates on the charlie page. Trimble is like a family. Id sign a rest of life contract right now to stay for rest of my life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team i manage are great very reliable team and postive people. The other teams around me are good too. We have good relationships. Worked together 10 plus years. I love it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are positive and want the company to suceed. Its a great culture non toxic with my immediate peers. There are some bad eggs but i dont have to much to do with them
