my co workers, little else
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The staff. We get involved and its inclusive. we support local charities. Out side my team, it seems to be a place of growth and knowledge
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Under a poor manager, a lot of distrust and conflicting instructions. 'Do as I say, not as i do type of leadership. Was told in review, this can not be achieved. My wage is not covering cost of living, and little hope of much increase.
