Acknowledging that the company has been highly successful with a remote workforce rather than forcing RTO.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Daily meetings should be work related and not forced water-cooler conversation. This leads to 3-5 hours of wasted time weekly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid below industry average for my skills and not being offered a clear career roadmap for advancement after asking for such.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My local division makes a considerable effort to keep employees happy, though that has continued to erode away the more we are integrated with broader Trimble.
