I think it's been great. The reason I gave the leadership team only slightly-above average marks was their RTO push. It makes employees' lives harder, makes them less happy, etc. They're doing a great job other than that.

I like what I do, that helps a ton

The team is simply my boss and I, so I suppose my boss is the best thing. Great guy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I come from the financial world, where you're basically just a number to increase shareholder value. Cattle, if you will. It feels different here, I like it. Obviously, publicly traded, still the goal, but the approach is different.
