What are some of the best things about your team?
My local team and I interact in daily standup meetings to summarize workloads. During that meeting we may ask for or receive help and clarification for our various roles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that everyone from my local manager to the CEO seem to be on the same team under One Trimble. I feel encouraged to perform not only my immediate workload, but interact with other teams and projects as needed. We dynamically look for open 'outside the box' solutions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Outside of normal teamwork, I like being able to meet with and discuss issues and questions with other teams on site. We also have regular enjoyable site activities (blood bus schedule, grilling picnics, a holiday bowling party!) that are a fun way to interact without age or mobility issues.
