I am most motivated by hands-on technical challenges and the opportunity to align my work with emerging technologies. Staying at the forefront of industry shifts keeps me engaged and productive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Promotions appear to prioritize soft skills over technical mastery. This creates a disconnect where strategic decisions or technical suggestions made at the leadership level often lack feasibility, inadvertently creating a burden for the execution teams.
