People are very helpful towards each other, no one is left alone with their daily work. Nevertheless, there are way too much pointless meetings and discussions.

People are here to do their job, disregarding their culture and color. Disrespect is not tolerated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are terribly understaffed, but every day my team keeps up their moral and does their work like on a conveyor belt, no complains.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Since I have two kids the very best thing for me is T-Zug, I can exchange a portion of my compensation for a couple of extra holidays.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being part of big machinery and having the feeling that at the end of the day I brought the company a tiny bit forward with what I do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
- group managers at my site don't have much authority. We are involved in the monthly forecast of project planning. Each of my team member is involved in at least three different projects, so give my very best to support my team and remove administrative obstacles.
