Solving problems people though were unsolvable
What are some of the best things about your team?
Extremely knowledgeable, always willing to share knowledge and very good at solving problems
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I see no reason software engineers should be in a much higher pay bracket than optical engineers considering we tend to have, e.g., PhDs and can write code and they cannot understan basic optics. This is kept in the dark by the company by saying all optical engineers are mechanical engineers.
