There are many great benefits, such as legal and mental health. I have used those to defer costs for legal concerns as well as personal care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are also like my friends. We share about our lives and encourage one another. Our rapport is fun and friendly, but we ensure that the work still is done with excellence.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think Trimble keeps things upbeat and everyone shows patience and grace, as if we're all working on the same team to get the job done. I appreciate the community that I've built with the people I work with across departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is invested in my professional growth within Trimble, while also showing care for my personal life. He encourages me to cultivate skills for advancement, but also to care for myself and my family. I appreciate his concern for me as an entire person and not just as an employee.
