I started to work for Trimble when Trimble acquired my former Ashtech company. I then left the company in 2013, and came back in 2018 because I clearly saw this is the most interesting place to work. I took technical responsibilities and then became a Distinguished Engineer.

Technical challenges and team spirit are two sources of motivation when I come at work.

The top bonus is for me the most interesting and motivating part of the compensation package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is multi-cultural and requires acceptance to work with other groups in the world. People who do not accept this, will not succeed in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The work environment is very pleasant because people can freely express feelings without any stress. All the team is focused on the same objective: new product delivery.
