I've been a Trimble employee for almost 2 months and everything from the interview process, onboarding communication, and meeting/working with my team has been awesome. Such a welcome change from my previous employer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the friendly, casual atmosphere.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being comfortable to do my job. This includes my desk setup (laptop + 2 monitors), my teammates, and the beverage machines (filtered water, sparkling water, coffee/cocoa).
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly and helpful, easy to get along with. Willing to share knowledge to help each of us do the best that we can for us and our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are hands-off and trust us do our job but they are also available when we need something, whether it be related to a customer issue, something specific with the job, or us personally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the unlimited PTO, though that will take getting used to. At a previous employer, I had 18 days PTO and it was easier to tell whether I was taking enough time away from work. But I appreciate Trimble valuing the employees' physical/mental health.
