The people I work with are dedicated, have a high level of integrity and strong work ethic.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I wish for more collaboration. I would like to do more. I'm interested in doing work in other sectors. At times I feel isolated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is fair. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are competitive in the market, but curious if they are competitive in the Software industry.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Linking overall strategy to every functional area. Also, communicating the vision down to all employees. Evaluate waste, including unnecessary travel, redundant positions, ineffective processes, middleman positions that don't offer value, etc.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There are both positive and negative aspects about the company environment. People work very hard, sometimes in silos. I wish there was a way to interject more fun and collaboration. At times there is a feeling of isolation.
