Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’ve never had job feedback even. Not even a good work after 60-70 hour weeks. And no pay rise.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A few bad eggs have really been able to flourish, which is hugely damaging. The culture thrives on undermining success and rework.
What makes you most happy at work?
Always optimistic, and personally hugely successful, love my team! And most teams around. but recently fell victim to some major politics which has realistically destroyed my career, without any checks and balances.
