What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Trimble culture needs to flow through all of trimble locations, there are smaller trimble offices that have not see how wonderful it is to work at trimble.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is fair, compared to market Trimble could use a makeover. Internal promotions sometimes do not provide the raises that should be given. Process is too rigid for employee benefit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Excellent leadership, very engaged in solving problems and improving customer experience. Need to raise this bar in terms of employee engagement. Trimble is a very big organization and a great place to work. Some smaller locations may not see Trimble's greatness, trimble culture needs to flow to all
