What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO is deeply invested in creating a culture that feels a sense of purpose and a sense of belonging. My direct leadership team is as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A toss up between the people and the work life flexibility. We do work hard and some around the clock global hours, but I feel like I have full control over my schedule. When I need to run to the grocery store midday or stop and go for a run, I know that is okay as long as I get my work done.
