What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is creative and supportive. Brainstorming is true respectful brainstorming aimed at the greater good.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm quite content with the compensation and find it to be fair for what I am doing. I'm also very pleased with the PTO policy, holidays and health benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Willingness to work with you to make the environment what you need. I gladly give my 10 hours knowing that my energy is valued and that others are doing the same. I also know that if I need the time, my company will give back as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm also quite pleased with our leadership. My direct manager is amazing, supportive and a team champion, as is her manager above her up through the chain. They have also been supportive and helpful in helping me meet my career goals and find my niche in Trimble. I'm very pleased.
