Communication it excellent. Meeting need to be more effective with clear agendas, action items, and follow ups. This is not always the case.
I like that leadership is goal oriented not micromanaged. I also like the accessibility some on the upper management team provide to give clarity to the employees.
You get to explore and promote new ideas. The focus is on the customer and innovation not living in a box being a pure subject matter expert (although you can do that if you want).
I like that compensation is performance based; as a manager this can be difficult but I think it's a good way to retain talent. I also like that there are multiple forms of compensation, not just salary.
The community Trimble provides extends beyond work and into extracurricular activities such as volunteering, biking, and running just to name a few. People are always willing to help and seizing an opportunity is rewarded.
