Distributed team with myself being fairly isolated from the head office. Somewhat isolate but always attempts to be inclusive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicate without getting hot-under-the collar. Profanity when under stress seems to be accepted by others - but not by me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A small sales focused sub-set of the company who are geographically widely dispersed. Would be great to meet colleagues annually but the cost is prohibitive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Because I am working fairly independently, I am happy that I am in a fairly autonomous situation. So long as the clients are met and the sales admin is complete then all is OK.
