As a Company, I like Trimble a lot. Globally, the leadership team is very kind and approachable. Here in India, I don't see that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of them are helping hands and few of them don't interact.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team overall is very cooperative, kind and I don't see that attitude of being in the Leadership team. Very collaborative and approachable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am in the contract from the day of joining, It's been 3.5 years now. I don't have any benefits attached to my compensation
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The same reason as I said earlier, the reporting manager should be kind and there is a partiality within the team. To target and hire product based employees which will make our culture be the same.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Understandable reporting manager. I feel the culture has spoiled when we bring the serviced based person into product company. Their past experience is very much different than the culture or the People here. Midsize leaders or leads should be recruited from the product based company.
