I do not feel undervalued in the least, quite the opposite.

They are always willing to assist with any issue that you encounter.

For the most part everyone gives it their best with the exception of a few

Interacting with my coworkers and customers. Being in an open environment to learn new skillsets is another Great Positive.

The TEAM environment is the Greatest! I work with several other business areas where we lean on each other for our strengths.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a team from many parts of the country with very diverse backgrounds. It is always a pleasure to communicate with them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are great for the most part. There are two that I would like to see improve on their initiative and their accountability for work not being completed.
