We seem extremely conservative. There are a lot of rules about some processes to support compliance (revenue and export laws) in many ways, but the way we go about it does not seem efficient or consistent or clearly communicated.
Our transition process for acquisition into the Trimble family has caused many of our issues. So many businesses never fully integrated leave a difficult situation for the businesses to manage. I don't think we truly know what resources we need inside the business to make a sucessful integration.
