Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been working for more than 8 years and the experience so far has been nothing short of exciting. Looking at the positive changes happening at the company post covid I feel more opportunities coming my way for a positive growth in my career as well
What makes you most happy at work?
Challenging myself to do something different from the previous day is what make me happy each day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and motivation. Keeping it simple and clear. Regular communication from the CEO makes each employee to have the sense of responsibility and commitment towards the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Small team with talented individuals. Working with them will help us motivated all the time. Whether in the office or outside we all behave as friends rather than colleague.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they can do much better in promoting better talents within the company rather than looking outside. Even after multiple failed attempts by the leadership they continue to search people for the managerial positions outside Trimble.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Apart from the regular pay and sales commissions. Company looks into geographical reasons and help us in providing allowances for our living expenses such as house rent, car, education support. These are clearly the best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In our Dubai office there are many different nationalities comes with different cultural background this makes us a unique group of offices amongst other Trimble offices, which in itself is a special and positive aspect.
What makes you most happy at work?
customers.. i feel that i am responsible in supporting my clients in executing their projects .. I feel like i play a small role in their play which motivates me to be happy at work
What did you like most about the interview process?
interview is more about overall personality rather than technical. it gives us a score of where we stand in terms of accepting a role, which is strong point, which needs improvements are shown. I like that.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
instead of being defensive they need to be open minded in getting work done. they should also realise the fact that they also own the business and that its not only the responsibility of the sales persons
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the process is set and responsibilities are pretty much clear.. the person who is incharge of the responsibility are not delivering as expected.. either a training or changing the person to a more suitable role and recruit the right person for the job will help. Top management is least bothered
