I am happy to work for Trimble, this is the best employer I ever had in my life - and I had 22 different ones before - I am here for already nearly 30 years and this means a lot.

Our leadership team is always open to be approached and to help

This is the yearly merit increase without negotiations and the reliable payment of wages.

The best part is that my wages are paid even ahead of time and always come on regular basis.

To work with the team and to do my share for the benefit of our customers and our company.

The most positive for me is that without blaming anyone, the team always seeks solutions for challenges and that we work together trustfully.

The Trimble leadership team including our CEO is approachable and despite successfully realizing economical and technologic goals and vision putting the human being into the center and appreciating them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is 100% identifying with the company goals, 100% engaged and striving to achieve 100%. Apart from that they are friendly persons whom I know for many years.
What makes you most happy at work?
We have a great work environment, great products and the best is to work with wonderful people - may it be coworkers, managers or customers, suppliers or forwarders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within: Each of us is accepted as is. Also if having a bad day. Beyond: We have a clear and ethical way to treat each other and our customers or business partners.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All kinds of different characters together work at their best to reach all goals and overcome any challenges - and on top of it our team is like family and I feel sound and safe as a person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team does not only show technical competence and a trustworthy business behavior but also shows empathy and high ethical standards - I deeply admire this attitude and how our leadership team "steers the wheel" of our company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we are paid regularly, payments are reliable and a basis for planning ones life. Secondly that every year there is a merit increase - we do not have to claim it, it is granted. And we can turn a part of our income into shares.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We know each other already for many, many years and built up a relationship of trust, help one another, admiration of the skills of each other and the engagement. We all pull the rope into the same direction - so coming to work each day is a day looking forward to interacting with this team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rob is involving us in any change in direction and taking us all along with his understandable wording and content and his regular updates by video - all decisions are based on logic and it is easy to understand why what needs to be done how so it is really easy to engage and identify with all goals
