I enjoy the office and its amenities as well as the work-life flexibility which helps me balance my family commitments with my love for my career.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid Time Off is 18 days per year starting out and I feel like that is above the norm. Also, maternity and paternity leave are great benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusive nature and feeling of acceptance no matter who I am or what gender, sexual orientation or race I represent it seems I'm always not only accepted but also highly valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Openness and willingness to talk and be transparent about the company/sector goals and real ROI's. The willingness to stay the course during challenging times and the inclusive nature of how they do this.
