Trimble is a great place to start your career, everyone is very supportive. It can be a bit difficult the further you get along in your career for growth as opportunities for internal growth seem limited in some divisions
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been a challenging and rewarding experience. I have learned that you need to be your own marketer and have to sell yourself to get where you want vs being given promotions or asked to step up just from shear loyalty, hard work, and results. Ask for what you want.

WE are faily open and transparent

The PTO provided are great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have the ability to move around and try new things regardless of education or work discipline
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rob is very transparent and readily uses his time to evaluate the health and well being of employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very open to discussion without fear of retaliation. Love the fact that we can kind but not nice
What makes you most happy at work?
When I feel like I'm useful, and contributing. It also is great when you feel your opinion actually matters and can affect the direction of the division
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are making changes that are starting to provide fair and equitable opportunities in both pay and career advancement. This was missing in years past but very happy to see the culture change
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Seems that ppl who have been in the company for years get a compensation penalty vs benefit when compared to new hires who start at the same pay or more then long time employees
