By far the best work experience I've had with any company. As a recruiter/talent acquisition partner, I hear horror stories from applicants. I'm able to tell them how inclusive and employee-focused Trimble is.

We're inclusive. This comes from the very top and is palpable. It makes me proud to be a part of Trimble.

The variety of it, and the complexity. Sometimes it's very complex and I enjoy figuring out what I need to do to be successful.

The employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) - it's one of the richer plans out there and a way to invest in the company and my own future.
