What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work environment and culture fosters an ability for driven individuals to progress both personally and professionally. I feel I have a lot of freedom and autonomy to satisfy my entrepreneurialism within the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A strong understanding of the business, goals to grow into an even more significant business, and a clear path to its achievement. Goals and their associated actions involve all tiers of management which encourages accountability and entrepreneurialism.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is motivated to achieve more within their roles and improve on their own personal growth. New ideas and suggestions, execution on those innovations, and drive to use them as levers for greater personal, and therefore professional, success.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling as if I can have a direct impact on value within the business. Working with people I consider friends, but who are also peers from which I can learn. Trimble employs a lot of very experienced and intelligent people.
