I liked interviewing with people I would be working with and not just managers.

The profit sharing is great. But the invaluable part to compensation is the flexibility I have.

I love interacting with people on an international scale and working with them to achieve a common goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture feels more like a family where we support each other in attaining our personal and professional goals. The environment is open and willing to promote that growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have an overall goal of meeting deadlines. If that means someone needs help with something in order for them to meet a deadline then someone steps in and helps. We also like to work together and find new ways to continually improve which I find most productive and rewarding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're quite transparent, and I feel like they are honest. The CEO has that rare ability to lead in a way that makes me work harder. I believe they truly care and more so about the bigger picture with a very strategic mindset that allows us to be comfortable in the short term with our jobs.
