We all have an overall goal of meeting deadlines. If that means someone needs help with something in order for them to meet a deadline then someone steps in and helps. We also like to work together and find new ways to continually improve which I find most productive and rewarding.
They're quite transparent, and I feel like they are honest. The CEO has that rare ability to lead in a way that makes me work harder. I believe they truly care and more so about the bigger picture with a very strategic mindset that allows us to be comfortable in the short term with our jobs.
