Trimble is a solid company to work for. I feel that I'm treated fairly. The only major drawback I have seen is that people are very reluctant to make long overdue code changes. This is due to the "need to support legacy hardware" mind set. I understand this, but sometimes you have to let the past go

A good challenge and high quality work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It isn't the best benefits package I've had, but it isn't the worst. I would say that it just above average.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't see a lot of political games. People strive to give credit where credit is due. And people strive to take responsibility when they mess up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership really do seem to care about their employees. They are open with employees and strive to provide clear communication about the state and direction of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They really strive to have a work/life balance. They try to avoid lots of overtime work, but recognize that sometimes it just happens and everybody does their best to make it happen.
